The Kribi Port Integrated Industrial Zone Project (ZIIPK)
Consists of the design, financing, development, operation and maintenance of 15,000
hectare within the international standard.
The investment cost will involve constructing various industrial business networks and
developing logistics facilities with an estimated value of USD950 million.
In alignment with the Government of Cameroon National Development Strategy (NDS30)
The creation of a new mega city, which is part of the overall Port of Authority of Kribi
investment project will involve – but not only – the following projects;
Construction of urban highways
Recreational and shopping centres
Industry and cultural centres
Creation of financial centres
Construction of Industrial amusement parks
Development of new hotels and resorts
Social housing projects
Construction of International standard hotels
Creation of recreational parks
Future projects
Development of a mineral terminal (estimated USD600 million), aimed at providing a
means to exploit the mineral fields of Lobe.
Development of a hydrocarbon terminal. The scope of work for this study is at concept
stage. The cost of the project is still to be determined
